Maternal and Child Health Leadership Executive Education Program
This 6-month online program directly addresses a critical gap in leadership development for the healthcare system in selected countries: Tanzania, Malawi, Sierra Leone and Rwanda, with the goal to significantly improve the health and well-being of mothers and children across these countries.
The program emphasizes the need for integrated and comprehensive approaches that address various challenges to achieve sustained progress in maternal and child health (MCH). The inaugural cohort welcomed 40 participants in October 2024 from a range of sectors including public, private and non-profit and CSO’s, and with a variety of backgrounds, from community health workers to clinicians to hospital managers – all with the common background of maternal and child health-related work.
