This two-year, full-time program is delivered 80% online, featuring an annual in-person convening. It is designed to empower nurses with leadership skills to revolutionize healthcare across Africa. Central to the program is a 40-credit practicum, which includes immersive experiences in Rwanda and the region to bridge theory with practice.
The MGNL aim to equip senior nurses with advanced knowledge in professional, political, and policy leadership to address Africa's healthcare challenges.
The program includes modules on leadership theories, advanced biostatistics, nursing informatics, epidemiology, project management, quality improvement, global health equity, health economics, and policy leadership.
