Masters in Global Nursing Leadership (MGLN)
This two-year, full-time program is delivered 80% online, featuring an annual in-person convening. It is designed to empower nurses with leadership skills to revolutionize healthcare across Africa. Central to the program is a 40-credit practicum, which includes immersive experiences in Rwanda and the region to bridge theory with practice.

The MGNL program is a 2 year part-time blended academic program.

Students will report to the UGHE campus for module examinations for two weeks at the end of each semester.
