What we do
Gender and Sexual Reproductive Health
Our flagship program offers specialized skills in Gender, Sexual and Reproductive Health (GSRH) delivery through an online option. Students gain skills and tools to influence gender and sexual reproductive health through innovation, research, advocacy and leadership.
Maternal and Child Health Leadership Executive Education Program
This 6-month online program equips healthcare leaders in Tanzania, Malawi, Sierra Leone, and Rwanda with the skills to drive lasting improvements for mothers and children
Mentorship Program
This is a pioneering one-year program launched by the Center of Gender Equity in 2020 to provide a transformative mentorship experience in Africa for early-career, female global health professionals.

The MGHD program requires student engagement in practicum/research activities to enable them to apply their research skills with Civil Society Organizations and other implementers working directly on SRHR. While students will engage in field work and research projects in the next reporting period, it is important to ensure the participation and commitment of host organizations in the first semester. Therefore, the Centre for Gender Equity team identifies relevant organizations, facilitates site visits and meetings, and secures the engagement of 12 organizations working on SRHR. Students, through the support of their academic supervisors, are working on finalization of their research topics.
