SFH Rwanda envisions a future where high-quality primary healthcare is accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or socioeconomic status. This vision is rooted in a commitment to addressing critical health challenges in Rwanda, including family planning, HIV and AIDS, maternal and child health, malaria, and malnutrition. The organization achieves this by:

  • Decentralizing Healthcare: Through initiatives like the Second-Generation Healthposts that bring hospital-level care closer to underserved communities.
  • Strengthening Health Systems: By working closely with government and partners to build capacity and improve infrastructure.
  • Community-Centered Approach: By operating at the grassroots level and engaging communities in program design and delivery.
